DMCA & Copyright Policy

1. Our Commitment to Copyright

Fonts Corner respects the intellectual property rights of font designers, foundries, and other copyright holders. We take copyright infringement seriously and will respond promptly to valid notices submitted under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on Fonts Corner infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent containing all of the following:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work. A description of the font or other work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list.
2. Identification of the infringing material. The URL(s) or other specific location on Fonts Corner where the allegedly infringing material is located, with enough detail for us to find it.
3. Your contact information. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Good faith statement. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy statement. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
6. Signature. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.

3. Where to Send Notices

Send your DMCA notice to our designated copyright agent by email:

We aim to acknowledge all valid notices within 2 business days and action them within 10 business days.

4. Counter-Notification

If material you uploaded was removed as a result of a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was in error (for example, you have a licence or the material is in the public domain), you may submit a counter-notification containing:

1. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district where your address is located, or if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Fonts Corner may be found.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed material.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

Fonts Corner will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances. We reserve the right to remove any content at any time if we have reason to believe it infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.

6. Font Licence Responsibility

Fonts distributed on Fonts Corner are accompanied by licence information provided by the submitter. It is your responsibility as a downloader to read and comply with each font's licence terms. Fonts Corner does not grant any licence rights beyond those already granted by the original copyright holder.

7. False Notices

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages including costs and attorneys' fees.
